How long does shipping take?
Free tracked shipping on every order, typically 6–14 business days. Your tracking link arrives by email when your order ships, usually 1–3 days after you order.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No — we ship to street addresses only. Our fulfillment carriers can't reliably deliver to PO boxes, so please use a physical address at checkout. If you've already ordered to a PO box, email support@tidytuft.com right away and we'll update it before your order ships.

Where's my order?
Check your tracking link first. If it hasn't moved in 10 days, email us and we'll chase it, reship it, or refund it — your choice.

Does it work on cat hair?
Yes. Fine cat hair is exactly what the dual-direction brush head is built for. It also handles dog hair from huskies down to short-coat breeds.

Will it scratch my furniture?
The roller and mini use soft brush strips — safe on fabric upholstery, bedding, and clothes. On leather, use light pressure and test a corner first. The Carpet Detailer's rubber teeth are built for carpet, rugs, and car mats — it's a surfaces tool, not a grooming brush.

Do I ever need to buy refills?
Never. No sticky sheets, no batteries, no replacement heads. Roll, empty the chamber into the trash, done. Rinse under warm water when it needs a refresh.

What's your guarantee?
30 days, no fine print: if it doesn't pull the fur, email us your order number and we refund it. Damaged or defective? Send a photo — we replace or refund without making you mail anything back.
