Refund policy

30 days. If it doesn't pull the fur, we refund it.
If you're not happy with any TidyTuft product within 30 days of delivery, email support@tidytuft.com with your order number and a quick note (a photo helps). We'll make it right — refund or replacement, your choice.
Damaged or defective items: send a photo; we replace or refund immediately. No need to mail anything back.
Changed your mind: we'll refund the product once you ship it back to the address we provide. Return shipping is on you; there are no restocking fees.
Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
